The Ngöbes are one of the oldest indigenous groups in America.
This culture has been characterized by their respect to nature and spirituality, as well as the production of handcrafts made with different natural products. Come and enjoy their customs and traditions, while contributing to the well being of native people.

This is an overnight tour that visits the Ngöbe Indigenous Reserve, located north of Corcovado National Park, a 25 minute drive from La Palma. The tour includes a small hike around the reserve’s trails with one of the group members. It also includes 3 meals that you share with Ofelina and Eusebio’s family, as well as the accommodation in one of the rooms that they offer for visitors.

Very traditional accommodation, inside the main hut of the tribe. Made from rain forest materials harvested in a sustainable manner. Single room with outside bathrooms. Humble and simple accommodations, a great way to experience something new with a local indigenous community. Mosquito net provided, outside bathrooms and showers.
